Subject	battery died, jumped it, ran it, shut off, wont start

Message	ran it for 30 minutes to charge up and shut it off, tried to start it again and all I hear is a fast clicking sound. checked battery cables and starter relay for corrosion but all was good, any ideas, could it be a bad starter? If so, where is it located? Thanks
